Since Nine Ring establishment, Nine Ring actively devoted itself to the social public welfare and philanthropy.

In Jul. 1994, Nine Ring initiated and implemented the "Sunshine Project" in Beijing and yearly donated 1 million yuan for 5 consecutive years to master students who were excellent in character and learning and with financial needs in 29 key universities such as Tsinghua university, Zhejiang university etc.

In Dec. 1994, in Great Hall of the People of Beijing the "Sunshine Project" Donating hundreds of painting ceremony was held. The "Sunshine Project" strength ened the good atmosphere of the whole society to respect knowledge and talented person.

From the year of 2005 to 2007, Nine Ring yearly contributed 500,000 yuan to  poor college students in Daqing Petroleum Institute.

In 2006, Nine Ring donated 12,000 yuan to Shandong Province Disabled Welfare Foundation, Donated 150,000 yuan to Shandong Charity Fedaration and Binzhou Charity Fedaration and 200,000 yuan to Shandong Doing Righteous Foundation.

In 2009, Nine Ring began to donate 100,000 yuan annually to Shandong Doing Righteous Foundation in 3 consecutive years.

From 2005 to 2008, Nine Ring donated 500,000 yuan annually to support poor colleage students in Daqing Petroleum Institute.

In 2008, a strong earthquake occurred in Wenchuan city of Sichuan province and the chairman-Xin Minchang led the company staffs to donate 66,000 yuan to the earthquake disaster.

In 2010, Nine Ring led company staffs to donate 80,000 yuan to Qinghai Yushu disaster area.

In 2012, Nine Ring donated 5,000,000 yuan to Charity Federation of Binzhou City.

In 2014, Nine Ring donated 10,000 yuan to Qingdao International Horticultural Exposition.
