This production line is specially used for sucker rod head forging. It was designed and made collaboratively by Russian Heavy Machinery Factory and  Nine Ring.

This production line completely solves the problem of forging temperature uneven, sucker rod head overburning etc. It realizes new breakthrough for the method of sucker rod head forging.

Sucker rod super audio continuous heat treatment production line is developed by Nine Ring Machinery Share Holding Co. and Institute of petroleum machinery of Azerbaijan. It is used specially for sucker rod surface heat treatment.

This production line is designed specially to solve the problem that the sucker rod surface heat treatment effects thread accuracy. It achieved the breakthrough of sucker rod surface heat treatment.
